Couldn't be a nicer guy. John made my wife and me so comfortable during this entire project. This purchase was a little tricky since we bought our home on Catalina Island. Even though John is not from the island, he did his homework and seemed as if he was a local. I could only imagine it would be a lot easier if we bought a home in San Francisco.
