As a co-owner and partner of a real estate appraisal company, she provides clients with deeper insight into valuation and long-term investment decisions. She also serves as President of Angel’s SMS – Maui, leading the delivery of expert community site management solutions and supporting local associations through thoughtful, hands-on stewardship.
As a proud 6th generation Maui local and deeply rooted in service, Mandy is actively involved on numerous local boards and committees, contributing her time and leadership through a spirit of kōkua—giving back to and uplifting the community she calls home. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity Maui to help rebuild homes in Lahaina, and worked alongside Red Lightning to restore properties affected by flooding—demonstrating her commitment to showing up when Maui needs it most.

John is widely regarded as Maui’s leading real estate appraiser, with more than 27 years of experience delivering credible and defensible valuations. He specializes in complex appraisal assignments involving estate planning, trust and probate matters, divorce, partnership dissolution, and unique or high‑value properties, where precision and judgment are critical.
He began his career in San Francisco as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, quickly advancing to Senior Appraiser at one of the city’s top appraisal firms before founding his own appraisal company. During this period, John also held a California Broker’s License, successfully representing buyers and sellers in a wide range of residential transactions—experience that continues to inform his appraisal expertise today.
Now based on Maui, John is both a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a REALTOR® Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Island Properties, offering clients a rare dual perspective.
