Couldn't be a nicer guy. John made my wife and me so comfortable during this entire project. This purchase was a little tricky since we bought our home on Catalina Island. Even though John is not from the island, he did his homework and seemed as if he was a local. I could only imagine it would be a lot easier if we bought a home in San Francisco. He did his best and saved us some money on the purchase price, plus helped us get a credit on the inspection. He responded back to us within a few hours of sending him a text.
